The Cats are hoping to get in contact with any direct descendants of former club administrator Charles Brownlow.
Brownlow, who’s name graces both the competition’s best player award and the currently under redevelopment stand at Simonds Stadium, was a Cats premiership captain in 1883 and was a club administrator for 38 years from 1885 until 1923.
The club is very keen to get in contact with any living descendant of Brownlow.
