11. Darcy Lang
Darcy really found his feet in the AFL this year playing across half forward. Darcy has great agility, wins the football and uses it well. We expect with natural improvement Darcy will spend more time through the midfield as well as continuing his role forward.

12.Sam Blease
Sam applied himself really well during his time at the club, showing improvement and earning an AFL game against the Swans. It’s always unfortunate when a player has to retire due to injury. It’s something we never want to see happen. We wish Sam him all the best in whatever he pursues.

13. Tom Lonergan
Domsy continued his great defensive form with a solid 2015. Domsy added some more attacking flair to his game this year and we are excited about the prospects of what this might develop into in 2016.

14. Joel Selwood
Our captain played some amazing footy during 2015 and was targeted by opposition teams every week. Joel will have learnt from these challenges and his leadership has grown as a result. We all look forward to Joel leading from the front in 2016.

15. Dean Gore
Dean developed his game well throughout the 2015 season. He is a versatile player, a beautiful kick and with a year of maturity under his belt we expect Dean to push for senior selection early in 2016.

16. Dawson Simpson
Dawson played a few AFL games at the start of 2015 and then suffered a few injuries mid season in the VFL. He rucked diligently and worked hard in the VFL where his leadership was evident. Dawson will be looking get his body into fantastic shape in the pre season and then attack 2016 aggressively.

17. Hamish McIntosh
Hamish played some fantastic football in his few years at the Cats. Unfortunately Hamish suffered several different injuries over his time at Geelong and these eventually forced his premature retirement. We thank Hamish for his effort and wish him well in the future.

18. Josh Cowan
We rate Josh really highly. Unfortunately, he’s had a lot of injuries during his time at the Cats. He made his AFL comeback against Collingwood in round six and started really well until he injured his hamstring. It was great to see Josh get back in the AFL team for the last game of the season and play well. We’re confident that with a good pre-season and a healthy body, Josh will be a great player for Geelong.

19. Mitch Clark
Trained the house down in the pre-season, and was dominating training and games early in 2015. Unfortunately, he had a few injuries during the year. The latest one was his calf problem, which really curtailed his season. We look forward to Mitch getting back to the shape he was in during the pre-season.

20. Steve Johnson
A remarkable career capped off with an emotional final game in round 23. The memory of that game (and his career) will be in the minds of all supporters for a very long time. We congratulate and thank Steve for his career at the Geelong Football Club.
