On Tweet the Coach Chris Scott says the Cats young midfielder, Josh Caddy, is already displaying positive signs of becoming a future leader of the club.

Caddy arrived at Geelong at the end of 2012 after starting his career with the Gold Coast Suns. Scott admits the transition of coming to a new club is never easy, however, Caddy has confirmed that he’s an important Cat who will help Geelong in it's quest to go forward.

“He’s taken a little while to work his way into our system as all players do when they come from another club - but he has the potential to lead our players with his on-field actions,” Scott told Cats TV.

“He’s the sort of player that we rate highly at Geelong, he’s good in the contest and pretty aggressive with the way he goes about his footy and he is certainly one of the younger players that we see taking control of the group in the future and taking the club forward – but there is a big group of those players but he’s an important one.”

On this week’s episode of Tweet the Coach Chris Scott also talks about:
