Kate Betts has had a longstanding association with the Geelong Football Club and greater Geelong community and the Cats are honoured to welcome Betts to the Board.

Kate brings over two decades of experience in social impact, community engagement, governance and philanthropy in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

A proud Geelong local and passionate Cats supporter, Kate co-founded the charity Geelong Mums and is past vice-chair of St Kilda Mums Inc and the Geelong Community Foundation. Kate currently serves on the Board of the Geelong Cats Foundation.

Kate has recently joined NAB to manage the bank’s corporate foundation and has held senior roles at Alcoa Australia, Give Where You Live Foundation and Westfield.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from RMIT University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
