For the second time this season, Julia Crockett-Grills has been named the Cats’ AFLW Fan MVP, presented by Viva Energy.
Crockett-Grills’ tireless efforts against the Suns were not lost on fans, who have once again named the Cats’ number 6 as their player of the week.
The 26-year-old had 15 disposals, four tackles, four intercepts, three clearances, three inside 50s and 234 metres gained for the Cats – the third most metres gained of any player on the night.
Crockett-Grills attracted 29 per cent of the fans’ vote, ahead of last week’s winner Laura Gardiner (20 per cent), Amy McDonald (14) and Sophie Van De Heuvel (10).
The overall season winner of the Fan MVP Award will be presented at the Geelong Cats’ AFLW Best and Fairest night on April 9.
