As the Cats prepare to take on the Pies in round one, a significant milestone has already been achieved.
The club enters the game with 56,338 members signed up for the 2019 season, the most in the club's history.
With members spread across Australia and overseas, the club is thrilled with the show of support from it's loyal and proud supporter base.
The second year in a row of nine games at GMHBA Stadium, blockbuster home games at the MCG and flexible new memberships including the Melbourne 5 product have seen the increase for the 2019 season.
The club is still urging supporters to sign up for the 2019 season with reserved seat, general admission, womens and non-access memberships available.
