GEELONG has made one change for their JLT Community Series clash against Essendon at GMHBA Stadium on Thursday night.

Gary Ablett jnr replaces Jake Kolodjashnij for the final pre-season hit out ahead of round one.

Tom Hawkins will also take his place after being a late withdrawal against West Coast.

The match will provide another opportunity to watch new Cats' Luke Dahlhaus, Tom Atkins, Gary Rohan, Darcy Fort and Jordan Clark in action.

The match will commence at 7.10pm.

A VFL practice match will take place prior between Geelong and Essendon at 4pm. Access via gate 13 from 3.30pm.
