Tom Hawkins has been named in game 150

Geelong full forward Tom Hawkins is expected to play game 150 this Sunday after being named to take on North Melbourne.

Hawkins has been joined in the side by defender Jared Rivers and midfielder George Horlin-Smith as inclusions for the final 22-man side.

Making way for the trio are Jimmy Bartel (knee), Tom Lonergan (concussion) and Mathew Stokes.

Both sides enter the match with a 1-2 record and with the teams splitting the last six games, it will be sure to be a tough encounter.
