Diana Taylor is a proud product of Geelong and was part of the early graduate years of the Deakin University Law School.

After completing her law degree, Diana successfully worked as a workplace relations and corporate lawyer at top tier law firms and for some of Australia's largest businesses.

During this time, Diana also became the first female president of the Western Regional Football League, the first woman appointed to the VFL Tribunal and she chaired AFL Victoria's leading club diversity program with VicHealth, the Fair Game - Respect Matters Program.

In 2009 Diana established her own business, Diana Taylor Consulting, which she continues to operate, and in 2016, Diana was awarded the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award for Victoria (Corporate & Private Category).

Diana is also the chair of the Geelong Authority, GOTAFE and Anam Cara House Geelong (Geelong’s community hospice). Diana is also a board member of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust, AFLW Competition Committee and the Deakin Law School Advisory Board.
