Cats' Seat Resale Program


How to return your seat for re-sale:

Step 1.     Log into your My Cats Account using your Member ID and Pin
   
Step 2.    Under ‘Manage My tickets’ click ‘Forward’

Step 3.    Select your seat(s) that appear underneath the match

Step 4.    Click ‘Forward’

Step 5.    In the ‘Recipient’s Information’ section, enter memberships@geelongcats.com.au in the ‘Recipient’s e-mail address’ field. Please ignore all fields above this.

Step 6.    Re-type memberships@geelongcats.com.au in the field underneath

Step 7.    Click ‘Continue’

Step 8.    Click ‘E-mail Tickets’ to finalise the process. 

Your seat will now be returned for re-sale! Please note that once you have returned your seat for re-sale you cannot change your mind.

If you are having trouble returning your seat for re-sale, call Membership Services on 1300 GO CATS (46 2287)

Returned tickets will be sold via Ticketmaster

Season seat holders can offer their seats for resale for all eligible games from Monday 2 May until 12 noon Thursday prior to each game. Seats will be released for re-sale through Ticketmaster (phone/website/outlets) from 9am on the Friday prior to the match until sold out.
