Outlook
The quality midfielder enjoyed his best season, adding an even harder edge to his fine all-round game. Laid a career-high 186 tackles, including 13 in the Grand Final, and was equal third in kicks (319) and second in handballs (258) at Geelong. His precise use of the ball was critical to the Cats’ run and carry and he capped off a great season with his third premiership medal and selection in the All-Australian side for the first time.
