Outlook

Sidelined for his entire first season at the Cats, the former Kangaroo finally made his debut in the hoops in round one last year against Adelaide. He played 19 games but battled ankle problems before a knee operation kept him out of the semi-final loss against his old side. Covers the ground better than most big men and averaged nearly 14 disposals and 20 hit-outs in 2014.

Dale Amos' player review for 2013

He's had a very frustrating run with ankle and Achilles injuries. The knee that he came here with (he had LARS surgery to fix the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in August 2012) was no issue, it was just other little things that popped up along the way and meant he couldn't get a run at it. But he was in good shape by the end of the season, in terms of training, which has us all optimistic that moving into next year he'll be able to prepare really well by having a good pre-season. There's no doubting his ability and the influence he could have on our team if we are able to get him right.
