Steve Johnson and Brendon Goddard are going head-to-head in a different sporting arena this off-season and they’ve left the invitation open for those who’d enjoy the ride.

The AFL duo is hoping to take a group of keen golfers on a once in a lifetime 12-day golfing trip around America. The tour will stop off at some of the best courses in America, visiting San Fransisco and the Monterey Peninsula.

Over the last few years Goddard has made it his mission to experience all of the top golf courses in America. Echoing Goddard’s passion of playing golf, Johnson couldn’t resist the idea of an overseas golf holiday and immediately jumped on board when the opportunity arose.

“BJ went on a trip last year over to the States and I was pretty envious of all the twitter posts he was putting up,”Johnson said.

“Our manager Craig Kelly suggested that we should do a trip together and then after thinking about it a bit more we thought we should take a little group over.”

The veterans’ exclusive five star golf trip will commence on October 4th to 15th and has been carefully packaged to include:
- Eight rounds at exclusive renowned golf courses plus green fees and Caddy’s
- Transfers whilst in the United States
- Premium accommodation – individual rooms
- Team and individual competitions and excellent prizes
- A visit to an American sporting stadium – game/tour
- And a premium corporate gift bag
