VETERAN midfielder Mathew Stokes has been recalled to the Cats' AFL team for Saturday night's blockbuster clash with the Sydney Swans at Simonds Stadium.
The 30-year-old returns to the highest level after two impressive performances in the VFL.
First-year dynamo Cory Gregson is also back in the line-up after being rested last weekend.
Steve Johnson is out suspended while Billie Smedts has been dropped.
