Cats fans have the chance to get rare access to the inner workings of the club's state-of-the-art football department by coming along to the Simonds Stadium Open Day on Sunday, October 29.

Between 10am and 2pm people can access the Costa Brothers Football Centre along with the Gartland Heritage Centre and the Deakin Cats Community Centre.

Another highlight of the day will be the launch of the Cats' 2018 on-field range by Cotton On, with plenty of new merchandise available from the Cats Shop.

The Charles & Co cafe will be open for much of the day, while the Geelong Social Club bar will also be serving food and beverages.

The cost of admission to the Open Day is a gold coin, with all proceeds going to the Geelong Cats Foundation.
