Geelong midfielder Mitch Duncan is in a good place, playing elite football in a side pushing hard towards September.

Duncan racked up a season-high 38 disposals against the Lions on Saturday night, as the Cats ran out 85-point winners in his 150th game.

The 26-year-old has been in sensational touch in 2017, averaging 29 disposals per game, and told Cats Media post-match he and the side are looking to do all the right things.

“We wanted to keep the consistency up and play a ruthless game and I thought we did that for most of the game,” Duncan said.

“I’m loving it [football]. Life’s pretty good. Obviously the team’s winning, family’s good. [I] can’t complain.”
