Was a late withdrawal from the team that defeated Fremantle on Sunday but will be right in contention to return for this weekend's clash with North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.

Cameron Guthrie
Was initially named in the team to play Fremantle but withdrew on the Friday afternoon after failing to overcome calf soreness. Will be tested on the training track this week.

Darcy Lang
Was an emergency for the AFL team on the weekend. Ran around in the VFL practice match against North Ballarat and was an impressive performer in the midfield. Is among the players in contention to replace Nakia Cockatoo, who has been ruled out for a month due to a thumb injury.

Sam Menegola
Like Lang, was an emergency for the AFL team but didn't get a call-up. Will be out to prove himself on the training track this week.

Aaron Black
Kicked two goals in the VFL game against North Ballarat and had a hand in a few others.

Jed Bews
Played as a small forward in the VFL and finished with four marks and two goals in an impressive effort.
