Recently recruited Cat Patrick Dangerfield headlines a star-studded Australian side that is set to take on Ireland in the 2015 Virgin Australia International Rules Series in Dublin on Saturday November 21.

This year's squad brings together an impressive collection of AFL talent with All Australian defender Harry Taylor set to join his new teammate on the field for the second time, after playing in the International Rules side together in 2014.

Cats senior coach Chris Scott rounds out the Cats featured in the series, appointed as an assitant coach alongside Fremantle's Ross Lyon and Hawthorn premiership coach Alistair Clarkson.

The squad will first travel to New York in the second week of November for a training camp and practice match against a US representative team, before arriving in Dublin the week of the match.

Last year the Australians reclaimed the Cormac McAnallen Cup with a 10-point victory over the Irish in Perth.
