The VFL Cats return home to Simonds Stadium this weekend to take on Port Melbourne. After three weeks away from home, the Cats will clash with fifth placed Port on Saturday afternoon. The Cats have beaten Port Melbourne in their past four encounters, starting with the 2012 VFL Grand Final win.

The VFL Cats’ match is the only senior match being played within the region this Saturday with a bye for the local leagues and interleague teams all playing at away venues.

Gates open at 11am with entry via the Polly Farmer Gate on the Moorabool Street side of the ground, seating as well as food and beverage will be available in the Reg Hickey Stand.

For those looking to stock up on Geelong Cats merchandise, The Cats Shop will be open from 9am.

If you can’t make it down to Kardinia Park, the match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 from 12pm.
