Mathew Stokes
Has missed the past two matches due to achilles soreness. Will need to train strongly this week to earn a recall for Friday night's big clash against Collingwood at the MCG.

Andrew Mackie
Hasn't played since suffering a quad injury against Fremantle at Simonds Stadium in round two. Was out on the training track on Tuesday, but has to clear a few more hurdles if he wants to line up against Collingwood.

Mitch Clark
Missed the game against Richmond due to soreness in his left foot. The coaching staff is hopeful that he will be available to take on the Magpies.

Rhys Stanley
Missed the Tigers game due to general soreness. Has been out on the training track this week, pushing his case to line up on Friday night.

Dean Gore
Was an emergency for the AFL team on the weekend. Didn't have his best game in the VFL win over Richmond, but still showed plenty of good signs.

Jake Kolodjashnij
A very consistent performer down back in the VFL so far this season. Wasn't among the best in the win over the Tigers in the early game on Saturday, but remains in contention to make his AFL debut in the coming weeks.

Nakia Cockatoo
Played the first four games of the season in the AFL, then went back to the VFL on the weekend. Tallied 22 possessions and eight tackles while charging up and down the Punt Rd Oval, earning praise from VFL coach Paul Hood. “Nakia had a really good first game at VFL level," Hood said. "He found a bit of the footy, broke lines and did all the stuff that we are going to love to see from Nakia in the future, so it was a positive day."
