The following players are in the mix to be selected in Geelong's AFL team for its match against Fremantle at Simonds Stadium on Sunday afternoon:

Sam Blease
The speedy former Melbourne midfielder racked up a team-high 29 disposals and nine clearances in the VFL team's practice match loss to Footscray on Saturday.

George Horlin-Smith
Unlucky to be left out of the AFL team that played Hawthorn, Horlin-Smith put his hand up for a recall by tallying 28 disposals, 10 tackles and five clearances against the Dogs in the VFL.

Dean Gore
The first-year midfielder has been a consistent performer in the VFL practice games. He was impressive against the Dogs, finishing with 24 disposals, four tackles, two clearances and a goal.

Josh Walker
The mobile key forward booted five goals against Footscray on Saturday. He is in very solid form, given he booted five goals against Richmond in the previous VFL practice game on March 21.

Shane Kersten
The emerging forward shook off a period of quiet pre-season form by kicking four goals, gathering 16 disposals and taking seven marks against the Dogs.

Jake Kolodjashnij
The second-year tall defender racked up 16 touches and five rebounds from defensive 50 in the VFL on the weekend.

Hamish McIntosh
The mobile ruckman has now strung together three impressive VFL appearances after tallying 15 disposals, 28 hit-outs, six clearances and a goal against the Dogs. Given Dawson Simpson struggled to make an impact in the AFL against the Hawks, McIntosh is a big chance to line up against Fremantle on Sunday.

Rhys Stanley
The former St Kilda big man gathered 12 disposals, registered eight hit-outs and took two marks in his first match since arriving at Geelong.
