Interesting
– Darren Jarman was selected by the Demons with pick 55 in the inaugural draft of 1986. Jarman refused to leave Adelaide however and waited out the next three years of the Demons rights to him. Once these rights expired, Jarman and his brother Andrew were both pre-selected by the new Brisbane Bears side with both refusing to leave and instead remaining Adelaide. Finally however the lure of AFL football was too much and after the Hawks traded pick 10 to the Bears for Jarman’s rights in 1990 he headed east. Jarman was a member of the Hawks 1991 premiership side. Finally Jarman headed back to Adelaide to play with his brother at the Crows in 1996.

– Former Swan and current Saint Adam Schneider is the only player to play in a premiership to be drafted at pick 60 (2001). Brad Scott was also drafted at pick 60 (1994) by Hawthorn but was subsequently delisted, re-drafted by the Hawks and then traded to Brisbane where he played in back to back flags.
