Enright, who last season made the All Australian team for the fifth time, was among the Cats' most influential performers in their two-point win over Fremantle at Simonds Stadium on Saturday night.
He held Dockers small forward Hayden Ballantyne to just one goal and gathered 27 disposals himself.
Speaking after the game, Enright, who turns 33 next month, said his body was feeling "really good".
He added that he had thought about his future "a little bit" but would wait until the end of the season to make a decision.
"I just want to put all my focus into this year and give us the best chance (of winning the premiership) that we can," he said.
"Our next game is in six days, so you can't take the foot off the pedal too much and think about those things.
"It's just important that I try and do my best this season."
Enright was a relieved man after the victory over Freo, which was secured when Dockers midfielder David Mundy missed a 50m set shot after the final siren.
"It was a crucial game, so for us to hold on and get the points was a huge relief," Enright said.
"To rely on a kick to go one side of the post is pretty frightening when you're out there, really.
"They'd be disappointed, but for us it's just relief. We got the points, and that's the main focus at this time of the year."
Enright admitted that he felt the game was slipping away from Geelong during the latter stages of the final quarter.
"We couldn't seem to get it back up our end," he said. "They probably played the game on their terms in the last 15 minutes.
"They're a fantastic side. They're really well drilled and they stick to their guns.
"We'll review the last quarter and try to find out a few reasons as to why (we faded out)."
Among the key reasons that the Cats prevailed was the performance of its veteran defenders.
Centre half-back Harry Taylor finished with 19 marks and was clearly best on ground, while running backmen Enright and Andrew Mackie (22 disposals and two goals) were also outstanding.
"We had a lot of winners down there, which is really good," Enright said.
"But we rely on the guys up the field to put some pressure on, and I thought for most of the game our midfielders were fantastic in that regard.
"Fremantle are really strong in the midfield, and I thought we matched them pretty well."
The Cats, who are now three games clear of fifth-placed Port Adelaide, will be aiming to lock away their position in the top four when they take on Carlton at Etihad Stadium on Friday night.
