The Cats have made two changes for the clash with North Melbourne welcoming back Allen Christensen and Mark Bliacvs.

Both Christensen (ill) and Blicavs (managed) missed the Cats round 18 win over GWS prior to the bye.

Making way for the duo are Dawson Simpson and Brad Hartman who have been omitted for the Saturday night blockbuster at Etihad Stadium.

There will be extra interest in the game from a finals point of view but also from an omen side as well. Not only has the home side won all of the last eight games between the two sides, but the Cats are yet to lose in Victoria whilst North Melbourne, like the Cats, are yet to lose two games in a row in 2014.

The emergencies for the game will be Simpson, Jed Bews and Darcy Lang.

The match will also be a massive milestone for the Cats with three-time premiership star James Kelly playing his 250th match for the club since debuting in 2002.

Kelly dominated against the Roos in their round 10 encounter this year finishing with 33 disposals, 10 marks and six tackles.
