Harry Taylor plays his 200th AFL game when the Cats take on Richmond at the MCG on Sunday evening. To celebrate the milestone, we look back over some of Harry's finest performances ...

1. Grand Final, 2009 versus St Kilda at the MCG
After having a few shaky moments in the 2008 decider against Hawthorn, Taylor proved that he was a big-game player by dominating his match-up against St Kilda skipper Nick Riewoldt. He limited Riewoldt to just 13 disposals and one goal while racking up 14 touches of his own as the Cats scored a thrilling 12-point win. Taylor’s mark on the back flank in the dying seconds was one for the ages.

2. Round 4, 2010 versus Port Adelaide at Simonds Stadium
Taylor ran riot, racking up 30 disposals as the Cats destroyed the Power by 95 points. He was later awarded three Brownlow Medal votes for his effort.

3. Round 10, 2012 versus Greater Western Sydney at Simonds Stadium
The Cats’ coaches pulled a surprise by sending their star defender to the forward line, and the move paid off in a big way, with Taylor booting six goals in a best on ground performance.

4. Round 14, 2013 versus Fremantle at Simonds Stadium
Taylor led the way for the Cats in a 41-point defeat of the Dockers on a wet and cold Saturday night in Geelong. Not only did Taylor comprehensively beat Freo youngster Matt Taberner, he also tallied 28 disposals and took a number of intercept marks. The effort later earned him two votes in the Brownlow Medal.

5. Round 20, 2014 versus Fremantle at Simonds Stadium
For the second season in succession, Taylor was at his brilliant best against the Dockers at the Cattery. On this occasion the Cats won by just two points, with AFL.com.au reporting that, “Geelong defender Harry Taylor was the hero for the winners. He was just about impassable at centre half-back during the first three quarters, and he finished with 27 disposals and 19 marks, nine of which were intercept marks.” The performance earned Taylor three Brownlow Medal votes.
