Where is the Cats Shop and membership services located during the Stage 4 redevelopment?
Merchandise and memberships can be purchased from the temporary facilities behind the Players Stand. There is ample parking located outside the temporary facilities.
Will there be a reduction in capacity at Simonds Stadium in 2016?
Yes. However, there will still be daily tickets available to Cats home games at Simonds Stadium in 2016.
Where will Simonds Stadium games be filmed for TV?
A temporary three-story structure in the construction site will hold a TV broadcast studio, radio boxes and press boxes to cover Cats games in 2016. The temporary structure will also hold the Cats coaches and stats boxes.
Getting to Simonds Stadium
By bus - The closest bus stop is located on Moorabool Sreet, outside Bernie Smith Gate at the Southern end of the park.
On foot - Pedestrian barriers are in place near the construction zone/near Doug Wade Gate. Please remain safely behind the barriers whilst navigating to and from the Cats Shop.
Parking - A small number of car spaces located next to the Geelong Football Umpires Rooms are temporarily unavailable due to the construction zone.
