The VFLW Cats have made five changes to their team, ahead of an important clash with Carlton on Saturday afternoon. 

Geelong will roll out another young gun this weekend, with Piper Dunlop named to make her debut in the blue and white hoops. 

Abbey McDonald is set to return after missing the past two games, the versatile defender amassed 35 disposals in Geelong's most recent clash with Carlton, and will be important once again this weekend.

Ella Firth, Zoe Cowan and Ruby Dale round out the inclusions for Geelong. 

The Cats will look to continue their strong form against the Blues, having won three of their past four games following another strong performance against North Melbourne last week.

Poppy Schaap and Cheryl De Groot will both miss the clash with Carlton through injury, while Caitlin Reid will also be unavailable for this weekend. 

Seisia White and Kiara Woods are both unavailable for round seven, after the two Geelong Falcons stars performed strongly in last week's win over the Kangaroos. 

The VFLW Cats will head up the highway to take on Carlton at IKON Park this Saturday, with the opening bounce at 12:00pm.
